Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email.

You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped. Delivery times from the date of shipment are 3 working days in France and 5 working days in the European Union.

We offer international shipping services to European Union countries.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@asmr-fragrances.com quoting your name and order number, and we we will review it for you.
